Flamingo
Scope software projects while the client is still on the call.
Flamingo is a consent-first copilot for software agencies. On a client scoping call it listens, writes down what the client actually said, and quietly suggests the questions worth asking next, so scope, assumptions and open questions are visible while the client can still correct them.
This product is private.
Flamingo is a private, invitation-only pilot. It currently runs on free test AI tiers, so it is not ready for real client data yet. If you were invited, sign in with the GitHub account tied to your invitation.
Ask Flamingo
Hi, I'm Flamingo. Ask me what I can do, how consent works, or what's coming next.
AI answers about Flamingo only. It can be wrong; the lists above are the source of truth.
How a call works
- Open your meeting in a Chrome tab and start Flamingo.
- Confirm that everyone on the call has been told. Flamingo does not capture anything before that.
- Talk as usual. The transcript, requirements and suggested questions appear on your screen only.
- After the call, review the saved transcript and cited requirements, and pick up the questions you saved for later.
What it does today
- Captures your meeting tab and your microphone as two separate channels in Chrome or Edge. No bot joins the call.
- Shows a live English transcript, labelled "Client side" and "You". No voice recognition or voiceprints.
- Consent first: before anything is captured you confirm everyone was told, and that confirmation is saved with the meeting. If the client side opts out, capture of them stops immediately and nothing from them is stored.
- Saves meetings and transcripts as text. Audio is not stored.
- Pulls out requirements, each with the exact quote and a label: Client said, Agency assumption or AI inference. Anything it cannot quote is thrown away.
- A private copilot panel for the host: up to 3 suggested questions at a time, each with a reason, and Ask now, Save for later or Dismiss.
- When the client asks a question, it can suggest an answer with its source: either something said earlier in the call or clearly labelled general knowledge (off unless you turn it on).
- It suggests and people decide. It never speaks in the call and never messages the client.
